Maternity Plan

Annual Limit: Kshs 200,000; Kshs 150,000; Kshs 125,000; Kshs 100,000 & Kshs 75,000

This cover includes the following services:       

• In hospital cost incurred for normal and caesarean deliveries       
• Labour and recovery wards       
• Professional fees       
• Pregnancy & Maternity related hospitalization       
• Other related ailments and complications including ectopicpregnancies and miscarriages.

Please note that a waiting period of 10 months applies to maternity benefit and pregnancy related conditions.

Dental Plan

Limits of Kshs 20,000 & Kshs 10,000 per annum

Covers dental conditions.

This cover is for routine dentistry which includes the following services:      

• Consultation       
• Extractions       
• Fillings (except precious metals)       
• Scaling       
• Dental X-Rays       
• Dental Prescriptions

Dental options can only be taken up by members with any Resolution Health outpatient plans and are available at Selected Resolution Health providers. Authorization is required from Resolution Health in advance

Optical Plan

Limits of Kshs 20,000 & Kshs 10,000 per annum

Covers optometrist consultations and eye examinations, spectacles, frames and contact lenses.

This cover includes the following services:       

• Routine optical consultations       
• Prescription of frames       
• Prescribed lenses and replacement of lenses       
• Optical Prescriptions   

Optical options can only be taken up by members with any Resolution Health outpatient plans and are available at Selected Resolution Health providers. Authorization is required from Resolution Health in advance
