Member Acceptance & Cover Changes

Membership only becomes effective upon receipt of all application details (including payment) and on subsequent approval confirmed by Resolution Health, notwithstanding the fact that payment may have been received. This in effect means that Resolution Health is not liable for any medical expenses incurred before an application is approved.

Any changes to the membership can only be made within the first 30 days of cover provided that no claims have been incurred.

  • Premium is non-refundable after 30 days of approved cover.
  • 80% of premium is refundable in case of cancellation within 30 days of cover if no claims have been incurred.
