The founder and CEO of Resolution Health Mr. Peter Nduati is a master's degree holder in Economics and Insurance. Peter Nduati is a chartered insurer with over 20 years experience in the Kenyan Insurance Industry. He is currently involved in his doctorate programme focusing in Entrepreneurship in Kenya targeting completion in 2011.

Previously, Peter was the CEO of Metropolitan Heath Group, a South African Health insurance group and was Managing Director of AAR Health Services Tanzania.

Peter is a 41 year old father of two girls and a son who while understanding the business sense of life is passionate about his children, rugby, music and mentorship.

He owns and manages a record label called Pine Creek Records and is the immediate former Director of National squads in the Kenya Rugby football Union. He played rugby for Impala Club in the National League and is the Chairman of the rugby club. Peter is a Mentor with the Greenhorn Mentorship programme and is a member of the organizations Board of Advisors. Peter is also involved in AIESEC (an organization for students interested in commerce and business) and is the current chair of the board of Daystar University's local chapter. He won the Kenya Alumni Association in 2002 and was a shortlisted nominee of the Global alumni of the year 2007.

He is also a director of First Benefits Ltd, Pine Creek Holdings and Brown Oak Ltd an investment holding company.  He also sits on the boards of Absolute Security Ltd, and board of governors of Dagoretti High School.

Peter's vision is Quality Health care for all and hopes his legacy will be the facilitation of a universal health Scheme by 2030.

Alice Mwai is the General Manager at Resolution Health East Africa Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University Nairobi and is a CPA (K) holder. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Nairobi.  

She has experience in external and internal audit as well as financial management and strategy formulation gained over a period of 15 years having worked for different organizations with her last position being Group Financial Analyst at Cooper Kenya Ltd (now CKL Brands)

Robert Onyango is the Sales Manager at Resolution Health East Africa Ltd. He holds a Diploma in Sales and Marketing. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Daystar University. He was previously Unit Manager at Mediplus and was initially recruited as Unit Manager at Resolution Health before his promotion to Sales Manager.

Mbesa Kakenyi is the Client Service Manager at Resolution Health East Africa Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Nairobi. Her professional career has been with Medivac, Trade Bank and AAR Health Services all in Client Service.

Betty Omune is the Medical Operations Manager at Resolution Health East Africa Limited. She is a Kenya Registered Nurse with vast clinical practice and managed care experience. Her professional career has been with Ministry of Health and Aga Khan hospital both in Nairobi and Kisumu. Formerly with Mediplus Services Ltd as the Care Management Supervisor and quality management representative -ISO9001:2000 certification.

Newton Nderitu is the IT & Infrastructure Manager at Resolution Health East Africa. A BSc. holder in Information Systems & Technology from United States International University (USIU), he has worked for Resolution Health since inception in 2003. He also holds various certifications in IT and has passed the ISACA CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification. With a total of 7 years in IT, he has formerly worked for AAR Health Services and Metropolitan Health Group Kenya. He has extensive knowledge and experience in project management and systems implementation.

Eunie Khimulu Nyakundi is the Marketing Manager at Resolution Health East Africa Limited. She holds a Master of Science in Management of Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration with a specialization in Finance. She previously worked in advertising for over 5 years as an Account Director at Ogilvy Advertising and Senior Account Manager at Tequila\ Advertising.
