Mr. Lee is currently the CEO of African Development Corporation (ADC) Insurance. A Masters degree holder in Business Leadership, he has over 20 years of experience in Insurance and Project Management, having worked for several large South African insurers as Claims Manager, Business Manager, General Manager and Head of Alternate Risk Finance. He was formerly the CEO of Resolution Insurance in South Africa.

Mr. Beljuli is currently the COO of African Development Corporation (ADC) and has worked at Opportunity Tanzania Limited, Opportunity International Africa Shared Services, Barclays Bank Tanzania Ltd and Barclays Bank South Africa. He has held various positions including Head of Sales, Channel Manager and Project Manager. A graduate in Business Administration, Mr. Beljuli has also worked as Managing Director in an engineering office: The pbe-beljuli ltd (Germany) and Managing Director of a Commercial Representation the Intercontact d.o.o.

A Graduate in Bachelor of Science in Engineering & Master of Business Administration. Kahira has extensive management experience in the oil industry gained by working in senior positions in multinational and regional oil companies in Eastern Africa. He is currently the Managing Director of Galana Oil Kenya Ltd, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delta Petroleum (U) Ltd.

Dr. Kitulu is a family physician in private practice at Karen Surgery and Jamko Health Services in Kilimani, Nairobi. She has previously worked at Nairobi Hospital, Avenue Healthcare and Kenyatta National Hospital.

She has a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB.Ch.B) from the University of Nairobi. Dr. Kitulu is also a member of National Economic and Social Council, Kenya Hospital Association, Kenya Association of Family Physicians, Kenya Medical Association, Kenya Medical Women’s Association (current Chairperson) and Medical Women’s International Association among others.

An innovative thinker with broad based expertise in operations, finance and business development Mr. Mwangi joined Equity Building Society in 1986 as the CEO and under his leadership it transformed into the Equity Bank. He was previously the board chair of Nyandarua High School and a board member at East African Breweries Ltd. He is currently the founder CEO of Strategic Mobile Limited. Mr. Mwangi is a graduate of University of East Africa (presently University of Nairobi) with a Commerce Degree and a major in banking.

Mr. Wainaina is a First Class Business degree holder, a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing  and a banker by profession with over 20 years of experience in various financial institutions in Kenya. He is proficient in banking operations, commercial relationship banking, loans administration, debt collection and new products development and has also attended several banking and management related courses both locally and internationally over the years.

He currently holds a managerial position in one of the leading banks in Kenya.

A master's degree holder in Economics and Insurance. Peter Nduati is a chartered insurer with over 20 years experience in the Kenyan Insurance Industry. He is currently involved in his doctorate programme focusing in Entrepreneurship in Kenya targeting completion in 2011. Formerly CEO of Metropolitan Heath Group, a South African Health insurance group and was Managing Director of AAR Health Services Tanzania. He is also a director of First Benefits Ltd, Pine Creek Holdings and Brown Oak Ltd an investment holding company. He also sits on the boards of Absolute Security Ltd, and board of governors of Dagoretti High School.
